Chef Omer Arslan was born in Adana, Turkey. He grew up with kebabs as part of his life, helping in the family restaurant from a young age, soon picking up the skewers and mastering the skill of cooking over charcoal. His years of practice in his youth has made Omer a class chef, he has now brought the traditional taste of Adana, Turkey, to Weybridge, England.
